High Performance Training Registration

• Training participants are not required but recommended to wear a mask to protect themself and others and stop the spread of COVID-19.
• If your child is feeling ill or exhibit any symptoms of COVID 19, please keep your child at home.
• All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Group 1:   youth (4TH-5TH GRADE)

• TIME: 6:15PM - 8:00PM      

• COST $40 PER 1 SESSION

• COST FOR COMBINED 3 SESSIONS $105

GROUP 2:  MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL (6TH - 11TH GRADE)

• TIME: 7:45PM - 9:45PM      

• COST $40 PER 1 SESSION
